ABC Quality works to expand child care access, help families bear the cost, and champion improvements in child care quality. We’ve made significant gains locally and statewide in easing the state’s child care crisis and improving child care quality in South Carolina. With support from American Rescue Plan stabilization grants addressing pandemic, operational and personnel expenses, we helped more than 1,900 providers serving over 220,000 children.
